If you love Panera like me, you can find yourself disappointed with this place. As new in the area, I was so excited to be so close to a panera. We order catering for all our breakfast lunch sessions at work and of course I have grown to LIEBE food service. Unfortunately, this situation has managed in a short time to discourage my patronage loyalty of the brand also for work. Any order I picked up was wrong in just 4 months. We had to call because ingredients were missing or the quality was bad. They are not in stock of their signature pastries often rather we go in the afternoon or at 7:00 as this morning. Nothing yet from our favorite pastry. That makes the 5th visit. It seems common that...

Today, I ordered two Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwiches online and asked my husband to pick up the order (we live very close). When he came back and I was surprised to see how poorly the sandwiches were made. (I took photos if someone care to see). No avocado, which should be included. Everything is cold, which should not be. Gouda cheese slices were super small and cold, not melted. No sauce. We were very upset so I called the store and asked my husband to go there again and hoped this time things work out well. Unfortunately, NO. I ordered extra chicken, which is soooooo little. The avocado piece were so small, bread was still cold. I don't understand, how hard can it be????????? Why...

Thank you for having hired new employees and since then this Panera Wynnewood site has become better. Eating is always good quality and online orders properly fulfilled, which was earlier than a miss. Coffee except in the morning is either cold or empty. The reception in the morning is very sweet, but is chatty with its regular customer, so I always try to order online, otherwise you need to wait for them forever to place an order with their yapping to place an order and tomorrow are in a rush as you try to work at the time.

Again a not so good experience. Our order was wrong and had to reorder. I understand that they are not fully occupied, but train your cash registers to hear the order, smile, be friendly and stay out. Autumn squash soup is on the menu and stays delicious!

Food was good as usual, service was good, but this place has been by far the most dirty Panera I?ve ever. Tables filled with crumbs and sticky, floors filled with food, and please do not get me on the toilet start. But as always, the food was delicious.
