I received a call saying that our food was ready nearly ten minutes before it was actually finished. When I arrived, the only items waiting on the counter were my mother's soup and drink. Unfortunately, her soup—which barely qualified as tomato soup with more croutons than anything else—was cold by the time I finally got the rest of my order, which consisted of half a sandwich, a flatbread pizza, and another drink. I had to ask for my drink, too. Another customer waiting for his order also had to request the rest of his meal, which was sitting in the same spot as my drink. Everything was done; it just wasn’t given out with the right orders.

We came here decided to dine in. We had made the order and asked for no lettuce. We asked if they could please take it out since it was ordered specifically without. The persons serving the food replied very rudely to do it myself. And started throwing comments of how she hates certain things and kept talking under her breath. I understand how is not easy dealing with customer but no reason to be rude and nasty about something that is part of your job. It makes no sense. I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. Mind you I like eating at Panera but I’m NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN.
I was disappointed when I arrived because my online order wasn't ready. I was informed that my order had never been received, but when I checked the bag, I found a printed copy of my order inside. When I got home, I discovered they had given me the wrong sandwich—ham instead of turkey. However, the manager was very gracious and offered me a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience.
As for vegetarian options, there are salads available, with choices for both meat and non-meat variants, and soups are also on the menu.
We came for dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday, wanted soup and BREAD, at Panera BREAD, and they have no bread to give on the side and no bread bowls that they are clearly advertising all over. I see loaves of bread on the wall, but we would have to buy an entire loaf for two people. The cashier was rude and offered no help, solutions, or alternatives. Never again!

Everytime I order Panera Catering there seems to be an issue. Today I ordered my food to arrive at 12:15PM. I called the restaurant as it did not arrive and the driver brought my delivery to a different panera- not my location. The team member did deliver the food but seemed annoyed to do so. I probably will not order again.
When kids are left unsupervised to run a store, the customers will suffer every time. While they are busy playing around your order stands in a corner getting cold.
What a disgusting place! They keep tables and cushions dirty, won't even mention the carpet! Is not pleasant to eat there at all!
Great location, quick service, and highly recommend it!
