However, I was disappointed that you continued to interrupt me before I could explain my situation. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed quite rude. I really appreciate the attention given to my order. The items for someone with an allergy were packed separately, and the two drinks that looked alike were clearly labeled with a pen at the top. Unlike many casual dining places where food is just thrown together, everything here was thoughtfully assembled. Thank you for taking the extra time to make the dining experience enjoyable!
No one was available at register, an employee came up to the front, but did not acknowledge us. I then went to the kiosk, only to realize it doesn't take cash (I use cash for smaller purchases), then they were out of bread, so chips or apple only for the side, and they got my order wrong (I check, it was entered correctly). They can do better than this.
Panera is consistently fantastic! I'm really looking forward to the opening of the drive-thru in Glen Ellyn. I could easily live off the Broccoli Cheddar bread bowl—it's that good! The tuna salad sandwich is spot on, and the grilled cheese is exceptional. Their salads are also 100% on point. I absolutely love Panera!

Kelley feels like family to me. They always greet me with a smile, have wonderful energy, and offer fantastic recommendations. The management at this location is top-notch.
We bought Panera Duets. Tuna Salad and Veggie Sandwiches.Tomato soups and Veggie Sandwich were good. But the bread of Tuna Salad was cold and dry.
Atmospere here is always very warm and welcoming! Workers are friendly and food is fresh! Not all Panera's stand out like this one does!
I practically live at this restaurant! I come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—though not all on the same day, of course.

I told the cashier 3 times the same order and somehow they still messed it up. worst Panera Do NOT reccomend.
Cold food delivered also extra small and cheaped out on the ingredients.Sad.
