However, I was disappointed that you continued to interrupt me before I could explain my situation. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed quite rude. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know how frustrating it can be when someone places an order right before closing. I considered canceling my order, but by that point, it had already been picked up. I really appreciate the attention given to my order. The items for someone with an allergy were packed separately, and the two drinks that looked alike were clearly labeled with a pen at the top. Unlike many casual dining places where food is just thrown together, everything here was thoughtfully assembled. Thank you for taking the extra time to make the dining experience enjoyable!
No one was available at register, an employee came up to the front, but did not acknowledge us. I then went to the kiosk, only to realize it doesn't take cash (I use cash for smaller purchases), then they were out of bread, so chips or apple only for the side, and they got my order wrong (I check, it was entered correctly). They can do better than this.
Panera is consistently fantastic! I'm really looking forward to the opening of the drive-thru in Glen Ellyn. I could easily live off the Broccoli Cheddar bread bowl—it's that good! The tuna salad sandwich is spot on, and the grilled cheese is exceptional. Their salads are also 100% on point. I absolutely love Panera!

One of our orders was completely forgot. I didn't get the sandwich I ordered. We tried calling but nobody answered the phone. On the orders we got all the bread was extremely hard.
We bought Panera Duets. Tuna Salad and Veggie Sandwiches.Tomato soups and Veggie Sandwich were good. But the bread of Tuna Salad was cold and dry.
The Teriyaki bowl was nasty. Bad chicken pieces and over cooked Broccoli. Even the chicken noodle soup tasted like cardboard.
I told the cashier 3 times the same order and somehow they still messed it up. worst Panera Do NOT reccomend.

Great food! It's a perfect spot for a quick bite to eat while catching up on emails.
Cold food delivered also extra small and cheaped out on the ingredients.Sad.
