Yesterday, I ordered a latte at this restaurant, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The first cup I received was overly diluted with milk, had no foam on top, and was lukewarm. When I voiced my concerns, the cashier agreed to make me another one. The second cup was an improvement, with a better temperature and some foam, but the espresso-to-milk ratio was still off.
However, when I received the second cup, the cashier handed it to me with an attitude, labeling it as "extra hot," even though I had simply asked for the right temperature. I wish I could give zero stars, but since one is the minimum, here it goes. My sister had a terrible experience today at the Panera in Rockville Center, and corporate really needs to step in because this is unacceptable! The food and drinks are great, but the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. My rapid pickup orders are never ready in the designated area, forcing me to wait in line to retrieve my order. When I finally addressed this issue, I was told, "You weren't waiting that long." When I asked for the employee's name, he refused to provide it. I then requested to speak to a manager, and he dismissed my concerns by saying, "Now you're acting ridiculous. I helped you."...
I'm always a fan of Panera, and this location is exceptional! The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and the service is efficient. I really enjoy the new express order system with the iPads; it makes the experience very convenient. This particular location is great as well, situated right in the heart of the business district of Rockville Centre. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky. However, you’ll find yourself surrounded by some fantastic shops and services nearby!
I really enjoy Panera Bread, and whenever I'm nearby and hungry, I make it a point to stop by. I was pleased with my experience here; everything was prepared quickly, just the way I like it, especially the hot soup and salad. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking available behind the building.

The prices are outrageous! I won't be ordering from here again. The family-sized mac and cheese only offered about 2 to 2.5 servings. My order included three small drinks, a half salad, a half sandwich, and the family-sized mac and cheese, and it all came to nearly one hundred dollars before tipping. Absolutely ridiculous!
The cashier offered more suggestions than those that were apparent. I took one of them. The kitchen is always fast and efficient. They pay attention to special requests. Plenty of parking in the rear if none out front.
Overall: The cost is way too high for the amount of food you get. My Caesar half salad turned out to be more like a quarter salad once I took out all the croutons piled on top. Definitely not worth the price.
I told my sister in California that no one makes a citrus salad better than Sacramento! The fruit, salad, and chicken are incredibly fresh. The orange scones are absolutely delightful!

I absolutely love Panera Bread! They have the best soups and sandwiches. The broccoli soup is especially delicious.
The salad and cucumber were not fresh at all. I would rate that experience as poor.
