Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I was basically accused of stealing a drink even though I am a paying Unlimited Sip Club member because I brought my own Panera cup and did not order it through the kiosk. The manager stopped me in the parking lot as I was leaving and made me come back inside to order the drink through the kiosk. I pay $14.99 per month for a subscription to Unlimited* drinks. If there are limitations to the service then the name should be changed to Limited Sip Club, not Unlimited. Customers should not have to worry about being harassed by staff and accused of stealing a drink, when they pay monthly for said drink. If there are limitations to how many drinks one can get, it should say so on the cup, in order...

Panera is a weekly favorite of mine. I usually visit the West Orange location, but I decided to check out the Florham Park branch this time, where a new employee named Marlo was in training. He was fantastic—very friendly and helpful. I even saw him assisting an elderly gentleman who needed some help. The only suggestion I have is for the cashier to be a bit more attentive, as I had to repeat my order twice, and it was still incorrect. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Helen, the manager, refused to exchange my free $5 pastry, which I earned through the app, for a large drink cup. The cost of the drink is significantly lower, and the company's loss in this case is not comparable. Additionally, this particular Panera treats customers as if it’s the only one they’ve ever visited, and their approach seems more focused on strict policies rather than the more customer-friendly practices of other Panera locations.

I’m always satisfied with the food at this Panera. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the turkey sandwich. If you prefer to dine in, there are plenty of clean and comfortable booths available. The entire restaurant is well-organized and spotless. This is the worst location in New Jersey. To begin with, the front door is always dirty and covered in fingerprints, and the handles appear to have never been cleaned. The interior is also unkempt. Often, the coffee is unavailable, and there are missing cups. The manager, Elisa, is very rude. I work nearby and have started going to East Hanover instead.

The food is delicious and served quickly, but it comes at a high price. Our order for three people was nearly $40, and given the portion sizes, it felt a bit steep. On the plus side, there's plenty of seating, the air conditioning is fantastic during the hot summer months, and they offer free WiFi. I've attached a picture of one of the meals we had.

Quick kiosk orders, ordering from an actual person is a hit or miss with the customer service. The paper straws are annoying and prefer the plastic ones or at least sell reusable straws so it'll be convenient for others. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Food was decent but proxies are crazy. $28 for two Fuji apple half salads and two Onion soups!!
