The table we were at was unsteady, causing everything to tilt whenever I moved my arm. I wasn't a fan of the music playing in the background, and the people at the next table didn't appeal to me. My son's strawberry smoothie from McDonald's didn't taste right either. I had to get up to use the restroom, and as I did, a bird flew by, which made me uneasy—I jokingly thought it might be a government surveillance bird. My phone couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and I didn't want to get up to ask for the password. On top of that, my son was struggling with his social studies homework. I waited 30 minutes for my food, but it never arrived. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I'm unsure why it took so long to prepare a sandwich. When I requested a refund due to the long wait, they were unable to assist me with that. There were four staff members on duty and no line at the drive-thru, so I don’t understand why they couldn't either prepare my food or issue a refund. Service: Dine-in.

I’ve consistently had issues with my orders being incorrect. They often forget important components, like leaving out feta from a Greek salad. Additionally, they tend to include items I've specifically requested to be omitted due to food allergies. The manager is rarely available to address these concerns, even during quieter times. Today, I found visibly rotten lettuce and peppers in both salads I ordered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has gone downhill. The sandwich I ordered was awful; it used to be my favorite, but now it’s the worst! The beef was incredibly tough and practically impossible to chew. The bread was completely burnt. There was nothing good about this sandwich. Perhaps they should consider hiring more experienced staff.

Terrible delivery experience. The Panera manager is shifting the blame to DoorDash and refuses to take responsibility for my order being delivered to the wrong address and arriving two hours late. Since Panera partners with DoorDash, they avoid hiring their own delivery drivers. Just passing the buck doesn't resolve the issue.

At 8:30pm I bought a light roast coffee tote and they didn?t give me a coffee cups and sugars, just a few coffee creamers, even though the employee refused to give me the coffee creamers too. she jus gave me a few. I can?t believe the service in thisplace; it was excellent but now is the worst.

I went there specifically for the soup in a bread bowl, but when I arrived, I was told that they didn't have any bread bowls available. It was quite disappointing.

Always fresh and simple food. Check out their offers in a app ypu can get free drinks for a month. I like their combos and soup in a bread.
