My partner and I just spent nearly $40 for dinner here and it's the worst Panera experience ever. The hazelnut coffee is out and the other coffees are cold. Our food has been made incorrectly but the only employees around are somewhere in back yelling andlaughing about something. I don't think anyone's cleaned the dining area all day as there's trash on the floor and the tablesare gross. The bathrooms are dirty--EVERYTHING is dirty! I don't know if there's not enough employees or if the ones who areworking just don't care but either way you should just close the doors until you get it together.
Most self-serve specialty drinks were out and no pagers left at 4:30. Put in one name and call out another, then we get a sassy response after not hearing them call out half of our last name, the name we didn't put in.Portions were small for the price and all three of us received baguettes as a side and all of us were disappointed as they were hard, chewy, and cold. The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was decent but again, a small portion even with the regular size.Dissatisfied and will most likely not be returning to this Panera.
This is truly the best Panera in the world! The service is amazing around the clock (big shoutout to Terry!). The bathrooms and dining area are always pristine, and the food is consistently delicious. You definitely get your money's worth here. I'd come every day if I could! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, creating an incredible atmosphere that makes me want to dine in every time. Not only is it the best Panera, but it's also the best restaurant in Madison. Thank you, Panera West Wash, for always brightening my day!
Ordered our lunch with the cashier and we later found out that she got it wrong. Then we were missing the potato chips even though that part was wrung up correctly. The guy behind the counter snapped at us when we asked about our order even though we had been waiting a long time. This isn't the first occasion that our lunch order has been screwed up We love Panera but we're going to try another one nearby or wait sometime for this one to get it's act together.And the restroom was filthy.

Food was Panera's usual good quality. The design of the location was one of the best I've seen. Best outdoor seating. Staff was quite nice and alert. I wish their locations near my home were as nice.
I really enjoy the Panera chain. They offer a variety of vegetarian options, allowing you to customize the ingredients in your sandwiches. It’s great value for the money!
The usual excellent experience. The cinnamon crunch bagel could have used more crunch!Vegetarian options: Most sandwiches can be customized to be vegetarian.
We meet here for coffee every few months. It's a nice place to enjoy a good conversation amongst friends. The service is always so good.

This Panera Bread is actually really good. Food is fresh. Staff is prompt. Convenient location.
