Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

So I think that this panera takes a cure or not listen to its customers, because every time I go to this place, I can't get what I requested or leave it dinge out of my bag or don't give me the drink I asked. Sometimes they give a attitude as if they do not want to serve them or they can have a attitude. that is not a good situation. I feel like you are re paying out this amount of money at panera, that the things they order or they should receive should be correct and the way they are requested. sally should not be spoiled, suppen or Mac cheese should not be cold.

Way overpriced with little flavor. My husband didn 't tell me this until we got home because he didn 't want me to cause a scene. I purchased a scone to take home. My husband heard the guy making out food ask for the scone from the woman who took our order. He said something else My husband couldn 't hear and she replied it just adds more flavor . Did she drop the scone or do something else to it and give it to me? I will never eat at that Panera again.

Haven?t been to this location in a while due to past bad experiences, but given the fact I am sick it?s the only thing that sounded good. I ordered a grilled cheese and a cup of chicken noodle. When I got home, I realized I literally had a spoon full of noodles and a small piece of carrot in the whole bowl. The rest broth. You would think with me sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes they would have been preparing more.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff was loudly speaking profanities. They locked the doors after we walked in while the lobby is still supposed to be open. It was 645pm on Saturday April 10th. An absolute disgrace of an establishment. Not a single worker talked to us. My pregnant girlfriends chicken was not even close cooked through. This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.

The food quality at Panera has decreased over time, and prices have gone up. It now feels like we are paying too much for mediocre food, similar to hospital food. We spent $23.76 before tax on two Pick Two meals, which included half a sandwich, a bowl of soup, and a piece of bread. Disappointing, Panera. Not recommended.

Curb side ordering is incredibly slow. I was waiting in the pick up spot for a half hour when I finally just went through the drive through and it had been ready for who knows how long just sitting there. If I hadn?t gone through the drive through Ihonestly don?t know how long I would be waiting for my food.

used to love panera bread, but no more. my wife didn't feel good, so I thought I'd get her a bowl of chicken soup. it was so bad that I had to throw it down. it tasted as if they had a bit of salt in them to hide the terrible ingredients that they are now in the suppe.
