Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I called ahead of time and the recording says they are open. I drove all the way there and they had decided to close at 3pm.The phone still insisted they are opened so I talked with someone and they said corporate manages the voice message on the phone but they had to close because they were short staffed.I would have appreciated an apology, nope, nothing. He just blamed corporate.I felt disrespected.Horrible customer service.

I was waiting for my delivery order and one of the staff asked me what the order was, they didn’t have it which was fine, I showed them the order on my phone and they TOOK it away from me to look for the order even though it wasn’t there. I asked for my phone back and the women replied in a snotty way “it’s not going anywhere.” You can’t just take someone’s phone away from them and get angry at them when they want it back.

Iced coffee was room temp, had to ice it myself, which meant it didn't get cold before the ice melted. It also wasn't very good. I threw it out. I also had one of their new dishes, which was actually very good but the portion was quite small. The recipe is what made me give 3 stars, otherwise it would be 1 or 2. All of this for something like $21. I usually like Panera but this is a real knock.

use them to love their breakfast sandwiches until one day I have in them and got runny ei over me. they are now selling only slightly over ice in them. big I don't like casual eggs and not on a sandwich I eat on the way. I asked for it to be cooked hard and they said they won't. they lost my business. since when can they get an egg as they like it. Reserva una mesa ahora

this whole roasted turkey avocado blt sandwich by panera. Although the sandwich was made good, the truthahn seemed questionable, it had a very strong smell and a strange taste. I'm not sure if that's how the truthahn smells, but I just couldn't stand it out. I took the truthahn and could enjoy the sandwich. fair experience overall.

Had the best experience at Minnetonka location. Savannah was so nice at the register. I have been visiting this location for years. It's always great. UPDATE: it seems that multiple people mentioned Savannah being very nice. She needs to be promoted!

I ordered two for lunch. chicken noodle soup and salad. I got a cup of chicken broth and a hairy salate. very disappointed by the answer I received from the manager, and it amplifies as I sit hungry at work and is not able to get something bearable.
