On my first visit I got a deli ham sandwich that had all quality ingredients. It was good and the staff wasn't the friendliest but were efficient. The trash cans were full and many tables remain uncleaned. I returned later during another shift and the the two lattes I ordered took 20 minutes. Jazmin is quite the scammer! She charged me full price for a sandwich and soup, even though I clearly stated I was ordering the duo. I only realized the mistake after finishing my soup and approached her to inquire about it. Instead of addressing the issue, she became defensive and began screaming at me, insisting that I never ordered the duo. To be honest, I will never return to this place. Her behavior was incredibly rude. It was only a $3 difference; that amount wouldn't even make a dent in her earnings. This location is very clean, and I usually get my coffee there every day. However, today the manager was quite rude and unprofessional. It's important for someone in a managerial position to learn how to respect people and treat them with kindness.

It would be helpful to have a sign outside the hospital. We nearly drove away when our GPS directed us to a hospital. Perhaps the description could be updated to clarify that the restaurant is located inside the hospital.
I’m thrilled that Panera Bread is available inside the hospital! It’s a great alternative to typical hospital food. My daughter absolutely loved her steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries from their menu!

Great food option in the hospital. Fresh and Tasty. The staff is super nice and fast. Spacious seating options and clean. And great coffee and espresso drinks too.
The soup and salad paired with their incredibly fresh bread are absolutely delicious.
