While visiting a tailor in Herndon, we had a craving for hot soup on a cold day, so we decided to stop by Panera, which offers both dine-in and pick-up options. Our go-to choice is always the chicken and rice soup served with bread, which was absolutely delicious. We also couldn't resist grabbing an oat cookie for later. Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly and our food was served promptly.
My company is located right down the street from this location so we place a lot of curbside pick up orders. We usually are greeted by Billy and every single time no matter the weather or things going on in the world Billy is always kind and enthusiastic! We truly appreciate him and will continue to order for office from this location for the continued amazing customer service!
Food is consistently good and the ice cream coffee is never bitter. Wish the new fruity caffeine drinks came in a sugar-free option because they look good! Due to the low personalization, prepare to clean your table first while eating. But food preparation is fast and I never had a wrong order, either to eat or with delivery. The staff is more personal than many other places!
