Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I've visited this location multiple times, and each time they've managed to get my order wrong. Today was the last straw. I ordered a cream cheese bagel to-go from the drive-thru, and when I got home and unpacked my food, I found only a bag with cream cheese and no bagel. There's really not much more to add.

I had a large, incredibly filling tuna sandwich and saved half for the next day! The vanilla latte was excellent, and I also enjoyed the Fuji apple salad. I loved the chocolate chip and blueberry scones—I even freeze them! Service was dine-in, and I paid around $10–20 per person for dinner.

They dealt with my way over complicated salad order with no issues so I will definitely go back. I’m so picky but this is a good location with great food and service! Definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is terrible. The staff seems to have no idea what they're doing and doesn't seem to care that customers are waiting 30 minutes for a simple salad. It's not that busy back there! I would give it zero stars.

The customer service was outstanding—friendly and very helpful. The food was both delicious and nutritious. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.
