The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude, and will let you stand there waiting for help. The older man with gray hair and glasses is always working. pleasant and willing to help. He should be the actual head manager.This location has always had disgusting floors, poor customer service and nonexistent cashiers. I’m not sure if my mac and cheese was frozen or what happened, but it was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I think it’s time to replace your lemonade machine; the drink I received was unrecognizable, and I’m still trying to recover from it. To the woman at the front, I specifically asked for two mac and cheeses, and it took you 10 minutes to assist me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
They were out of so many menu items it was ridiculous! We were a bit late for the dinner rush but it was only 7:30. The guy at the register was a bit rude couldn't handle a hard of hearing customer...no eye contact, wouldn't speak up, etc...We had take out.
Charles at the cash register was the friendliest person I've encountered in a while. Truly a gem!
