I haven't tried the food here, so I can't comment on that. However, the service has always been poor, and it has only gotten worse over time. The establishment is dirty and poorly maintained. The odors are unpleasant, resembling body odor, which makes it hard to believe how unclean this place is. I'm going to start visiting a different location; at this point, this restaurant shouldn't be serving anything at all.
As always, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. You can work on your computer while enjoying your meal, and they offer charging options for your laptop or phone. The food is consistently fresh, and they have delicious pastries for dessert. I highly recommend it!
Panera Bread, Route 4, Paramus, NJ, USA Warning: I bought tomato soup at the Panera Bread on Route 4 in Paramus on the evening of March 10th, and I immediately felt ill afterwards. I experienced food poisoning, which included nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Been a Sip club member for years, RT4 location is our family’s favorite hub for breakfast and dinner.. I enjoy my hazelnut coffee every morning on my way to work.. shoutout to Aaron and Vilma for amazing customer service. Reserva una mesa ahora
I have the sip club but 3 out of 5 days I’ll get there and they’re out of hazelnut and sometimes out of multiple coffees in the morning when I’m rushing to work. They need a better system for coffee.
This is what they consider double chicken where I almost paid $4 extra for? Insanity. Panera gets worse and worse. $16 sandwich not filling at all.
