I brought my family to this restaurant yesterday and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Despite being close to closing time, I don't think that's an excuse for the quality of our meals. My chicken sandwich was awful - it was cold, soggy, and the bread was hard. My fiancé couldn't even eat her sandwich because the bread was so tough. We ordered a children's pizza for our daughter, but she didn't like it at all and barely ate a single bite. We were so disappointed that my fiancé didn't even want us to stop somewhere else for food afterwards. nothing worse than getting the job from the personal when they ask them to correct the order they just checked, sealed, and said everything there and handed over to them. never trust a sealed bag. here is a pro-tip panera if someone ordered a sandwich and they are all out chips, they probably don't want a French baguette as their replacement side : zero stars would have been a more accurate assessment for this experience today. I placed a takeout order and was disappointed to find that there was no cutlery included. The sandwiches were all burnt around the edges, making them almost unrecognizable. Additionally, they forgot to include the bread bowl I had ordered with my soup. This was not the first time an item was missing from my order, so I have learned to double check from now on.
Got a to go order and didn't realize my pizza couldn't fit in the bag and so it wasn't in there. The manager was an utter delight and made a fresh one for me and even gave me a pastry for having to make the drive back. Talked to the man for a bit while they made the pizza and he was delightful. My own mistake and he wanted to make sure to improve my day.
