Very disappointing customer service. Female manager working today was extremely rude and hung up on me on the phone. Older woman working the front register with “team lead” on her name pin was extremely rude and was apparently too busy having conversation with another employee to take any orders, mine included. (There were 3 people in line) and she clearly made eye contact with the customers (including myself) that were patiently waiting to be served right in front of her. Overall, very dissatisfied with this experience. Unacceptable.

Absolutely wonderful staff here! After Door Dash forgot half our delivery order and we went to pick up the rest, they made it right and then some! They made our half sandwiches into whole sandwiches and didn't charge us for the extra coffees we ordered. So appreciated! The chicken Mediterranean bowl is always amazing here, and the chipotle chicken sandwiches and mac and cheese sandwiches are top recommendations of mine too.

Items missing and wrong.. what they did get right item wise the quality was just awful.. did someone really look at this bagel and thought yeah this is fine?Called and spoke with manager and he was easy to work with and put in for a refund.. I'm normally not a caller but this was just too wrong to not bring to someone's attention. 3 star instead of 1 only because manager was easy to work with and get things fixed.

I didn't have much lettuce on my sandwich, but the portion of avocado was generous and satisfying, especially after I requested no cilantro. The iced cinnamon crunch latte was delicious, just the right amount of sweetness with the espresso - a perfect pick-me-up. This cafe is superior to the Woodhaven location: it's cleaner, my order is always correct, and the staff is much friendlier. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant was a total disaster. The service was terrible and they got my order completely wrong. They forgot to give me my extra bag of chips and the sandwich was not what I ordered. It was poorly packed and not wrapped properly. The employees were not wearing masks and the fountain drinks area was dirty. Overall, the place was not worth the money and I will not be returning.

waited on the ride waiting for a long time with only 2 cars in front of me. the ordered chicken soup and for $7 they gave me the wrong suppe, fortunately I checked the bag before I drove away. corrected the suppe only to come home and have the bottom of the pot, few noodles no wow! the quality has decreased dreadfully so it is an overpriced almost food joint. I will not return.

I ordered a large serving of macaroni and cheese, but some bites were warm while others were as cold as ice. I started eating it within five minutes in order to leave the restaurant quickly. I'm disappointed that I paid $10 for macaroni and cheese that was not even warm. I will not be returning.

Finally a real sandwich, with brot not rolls or roll, the girl had suppe and a sandwich, stuart and I had the sandwich with a drink, we all had a nice cookie after the sandwich, this was a pleasant experience and would recommend it to others. this place is accessible to all. Reserva una mesa ahora

It takes a solid 2 and a half years for these carnies to actually make anything here the fact that they have a drive through is really just a cruel joke to make you late going back to work

I left panera bread. the bank in the drive-thru was very pleasant, professional and polite. great customer service.
