It was Sunday November 24th around 8:30 AM and it looked like it was a busy time when I came but I was the only person at the cash register and everyone else were waiting for his/her order. A young server lady was running around to prepare orders and I waited for over 4 minutes and she was still doing her work until I asked her if she is the only one at the front and she responded that yes and she has to prepare these orders. Another server came after hearing the conversation and took my order. Don’t go here yall, go to either the panera on tech rd or the one in laurel, but do NOT go here. The amount of times they will mess up your order is wild. Today for example- they sold me a chicken salad with no chicken, as if anyone in their right mind would order lettuce lol. This isn’t even remotely the first time either, so learn from me, go literally anywhere else. Food: 1
