Wasted food and wasted my time. I ordered a half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and had one minor customization which was to take off the feta and add avocado instead.The crew forgot the avocado. I left Panera and started driving away. I checked and as my sandwich did not have avocado I went back.Only for them to tell me I was incorrect even though I showed them this receipt. They asked for the original sandwich back to inspect but then threw away the original Sandwich. Literally could've given that to someone without lunch today. Now it's just in their trash bin.What a world we live in when we can just throw away food when there are thousand of people hungry in our community.....They remade...
Don’t order around 11:30am or 12pm… There’s lots of customers at these times and waited 34 minutes before I got my order.. supposed to pick up at 11:50 but I got it at 12:34pm. Also on my order, they just put a little cheese on half of the sandwich with no chicken and nothing more since they are in a hurry. Not sure whether to feel sorry for the staffs for working hard or for tipping but having no chicken on half of my sandwich.

The efficiency displayed on the order tracking system does not match the actual pace of the staff. My order was messed up, and when I inquired about it, the staff was extremely rude. It turned out that the order had never been prepared. Showing kindness and admitting mistakes can go a long way instead of arguing.
The food at Panera is consistently good and the staff is attentive. They call out names for pickup to ensure orders are not forgotten. I have visited this restaurant many times since it is close to my workplace. Although it can get busy during lunch, the service is always efficient and prompt.
Awesome place for quick breakfast. I love the sandwiches here, especially the chicken pulled burger is flavorful and delicious and comes with a pack of kettle chips (these are just normal chips fried in oil so don’t get confused with the name).
Perfect customer satisfaction.. Timi is awesome, she helps all the customers and always smiles. She is my reason to become a loyal customer of Panera..
