As I was standing online in the Deer Park Panera Bread, a short Hispanic man was seen sprinkling coffee grounds in the coffee filter. As he was sprinkling the coffee grounds he began EATING the coffee GROUNDS out of the filter with his bare hands. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES! I went to the Hispanic young lady at the registered to describe his behavior. She proceeded to go to speak with him with her back turned to me. I then proceeded to inform the manager! She replied in a nonchalant manner, “thanks for letting me know.”BEWARE THIS IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!! I wondered if the rest of the coffee was CONTAMINATED WITH HIS SALIVA!!!
Super clean and finally a parking lot you can navigate thru. Very nice staff as always. Placed an order for pick up. The bakery looked and smelled great and is an upgrade from the WB location. We did not get the baguettes that were supposed to come with our order and the small Mac and cheese is good but is way overpriced for the amount you receive. Almost $9.00 for a small cup. They either need to lower the price point to around $5/6 or increase the amount you receive, otherwise I would forgo that item. Soups and bread bowls were solid as always. We will be back for another go.
I’ve given this Panera several chances, but I’m consistently disappointed. Even when the restaurant is empty, they still manage to mess up my order or prepare it poorly. The food is always served sloppily, and they are stingy with the ingredients—if they even remember to include them. The bread was inedible, and the cheese ended up stuck to the paper instead of on the sandwich. Given the high prices compared to the quality, I won't be returning.
It appears like they are cutting corners. I tried explaining to the manager why a tablespoon of tuna is not sufficient for a sandwich. Instead of fixing the issue, she just gave me my money back. Would never go here again. There is another Panera down the road in West Babylon that isn’t cutting corners. Much better service, much better management there. Lesson learned

So happy for a drive through!!!!!!! Really nice and clean. Workers were nice. Was worried about the drive through but I honestly waited about 3 mins so not bad. I got the grilled cheese and chicken noodle. Everything was fresh and hot. Definitely will come back
I consistently receive excellent service from Rosa at the Deer Park Panera. She is always professional and courteous, ensuring that I am completely satisfied and that my order is accurate. I wish Panera would make Rosa their role model for customer service.
The only comment is that the portions are small for the prices. But I loved the quality of the food and the atmosphere.Also the bathroom door is so heavy and hard to open which makes it not accessible.
Ever since they moved locations it’s been nothing but issues. This is the second time I’ve order online and they forgot one of the sandwiches. Clearly the staff doesn’t know how to do their job!
