Despite my consistent anti-Panera feelings, I was feeling sick this week and knew soup should be on the menu. Against my judgement (in a weak moment), I ordered a few types of soup (specifically a bowl of Turkey chili for the hubs, a cup of broccoli cheddar, and Mac n' cheese in a sourdough bowl), two cookies, and a regular mango smoothie. Wow, where should I begin? I typically enjoy Panera Bread, but my experience tonight was quite interesting. My family arrived at 7:00, just two hours before the restaurant closed at 9:00. However, when we went to place our order, we were told that there were no baguettes available for sides and no tomato basil bread for the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. I ordered a warm teriyaki bowl and it's look like a nasty bowl. Nasty place, service and everything doesn't recommend to anyone this place. Never go to this Panera Bread anymore. So very disappointed as I used to really like Panera. Husband and I both ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwiches. When we received our order, there was no chicken inside the sandwiches. Sandwiches were re-made for us. The description said arugula but instead there were just some kind of greens, not arugula. We won't be back.
Came in tonight after doing my Christmas shopping. I'm didn't get the young ladies name but her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back great customer service and my bread was perfect.
I volunteered at a school event and we were served food from this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations as the dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, contrary to what I had previously heard about its mediocrity.
The female manager at this cafe could benefit from improving her customer service skills. It would be helpful to train her to be friendly, smile, and thank customers for their patronage. The service was terrible.
