I placed an order for delivery at 7:06 pm through their app. The estimated delivery time was between 8:00 and 8:15. At 8:00, I called multiple times with no answer. Finally, at 8:30, someone picked up and informed me the order would arrive in 15 minutes. After several more unsuccessful attempts, I reached Panera at 8:58. The worker was brusque and asked if I was the one with the $63 order. Despite explaining my previous attempts to contact them, the worker insisted I should have called earlier. Since they could not provide a delivery time, I requested a refund. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
Took a half hour to get 13 bagels and 2 soups that were terrible and they put all the bagels in the same bag so cinnamon crunch has onion and salt on them totally ruined them . The only reason they should get a star was that I felt bad for the poor girl who was hustling in the back while her fellow employees were moving like total slugs so that location needs to be revamped and workers need better training or that place won’t last as there were many other irritated customers waiting. Only one person in that place deserves $15 an hour and it’s that young lady .
Received an open bag of chips in our order. Yum. A sandwich that looked like it had been opened and closed back up. 2 sandwiches that were not ordered. Missing a salad and mac and cheese. Not great. Let’s pull together. Get some retraining. I’m actually willing to come in per diem as an efficiency expert and take a look at the full operation too to bottom to help you fix it.
They had close to 40 minutes to make my food but it was no completed so I tried to get a simple plain bagel not toasted or sliced with plain cream cheese. I waited for 10 minutes for that bagel and never received it. I spent why break from work for food from them and spent money on it to never receive any food. I would not recommend them for food on break from work.

First time trying breakfast. It was terrible. My fruit cup had moldy fruit. The cheese and egg sandwich had a bit of egg hiding in a huge price of bread and an extremely thin coating of cheeses that looked like it was sprayed on. The parfait was minuscule. The only thing that was good was the coffee.
Nobody at counter to take order. Used Kiosk but it failed at checkout and sent me to the counter to order. No fountain soda drinks. Very slow to get food, still waiting after 15 minutes. This place used to be better. Many better places nearby.
My favorite panera in Morris county! Manager Sarah is always amazing and helpful. Hard working cafe, with the stop!
Very nice and good variety of coffees and pastries too aswell. Place very comfortable to do some homework on line.
