Panera Bread - Reservar una mesa

Unfortunately, while I am a very huge Panera fan, this location left a whole lot to be desired. Some of the staff were not helpful in facilitating placing orders. Two out of the four kiosks that were there were out of order during a lunch crowd. There was only one register open to take orders while 3 to 4 employees were walking around. When asked for the store number to easily identify the location and place the order online, no one knew the location number. By the time I got back home with my order, I realized that none of the sides were added to the three entrees that were purchased. Definitely will not be going back.

Shout out to Chris, one of the managers. I had issues with my delivery order and he was so helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. He made a bad day better. I appreciated it.
