Since its opening, this restaurant has reminded me of a larger Panera Bread. Even though it’s situated in a mall, the service is never overwhelmed. The pastries are tasty, the sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients, the soup is served hot, and there’s ample seating. The service is attentive, and I have no complaints. I would rate it 5 stars because it fulfills all the expectations you'd have for a Panera Bread, even if it isn't the most extraordinary dining experience. LOL.
I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and had a great experience with Lacey, who took my order over the phone. She was patient and understanding, taking the time to ensure I had what I needed without rushing me. Even though my order was incorrect when it arrived, the outstanding customer service made it all worthwhile.
The kitchen staff was unhelpful when my order was wrong. They seemed uncertain about how to address the issue and took a while to seek assistance. Compared to other Panera locations, this one seemed less organized and lacking control.
Panera Bread is seriously understaffed and only serves pre-made items from their menu. I waited 15 minutes for a simple soup that never arrived, so I decided to leave. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether. Reserva una mesa ahora
I recently tried the new spicy chicken sandwich for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. It was packed with flavor, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice—not too much. I'll definitely be ordering it again!
The service and ambiance at Panera Bread were excellent, but the prices felt high considering the portion sizes and food quality. Overall, I found the meals to be overpriced.
The food is good, and the service is friendly. However, the ceiling vents seem to need cleaning as they appear neglected. The prep area could use some refurbishing.
