I had an incredible dining experience, largely due to Lorraine, who took my order. She immediately stopped what she was doing to greet me warmly, and her friendly yet professional attitude left a strong impression. It was evident that she truly cared about my experience at Panera. I took advantage of the 99-cent bakery deal, and Lorraine went the extra mile by wrapping my item in saran wrap to keep it fresh for the next morning—without me even asking! I recently had a few minor issues with my order, which I think were mainly due to the DoorDash driver rather than the restaurant itself. My last order arrived with my soup spilled and a 4-pack of cinnamon rolls missing. When I reached out to the restaurant, the manager was very understanding and quickly resolved the issue by replacing my order. They clarified the situation with DoorDash and delivered a hot, complete order, including my cinnamon rolls, in a timely manner.
Today, November 20th, a Sunday night, I arrived at Panera at 8:45 PM, just 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. When I reached the drive-thru, I was informed that only in-person orders were being accepted. I then learned that the POS system was "locked" and that they couldn’t take any more orders. It seemed like the employees were more focused on preparing their own orders instead of serving paying customers. It was quite disappointing.
Fuji Sald is my favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly but doesn 't always listen. For example, today I ordered a 16oz coffee. When reviewing my order, the staff member read back large coffee . I stated ,no, regular coffee. Staff acknowledged and after paying I was charged for a 20oz Large Coffee. I also asked 3 times for a water cup before I receive one. Not a huge deal, but annoying.
The restaurant always has an incredible aroma, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is enthusiastic about taking and preparing orders. The establishment is very clean, and the chefs have a spacious and tidy work area in the back. They are quick to prepare orders, especially when they notice that an order hasn't been placed on the bar for pickup.
