The dining experience was enjoyable. I ordered two pizzas, but I received two cheese flatbread pizzas instead of the cheese and sausage pizzas that I had ordered and paid for. The label on the bag even indicated "cheese flatbread and sausage pepperoni." It was a noticeable mistake. The manager offered to make me a new pizza, but I explained that we were already 15 miles away. He assured me that they would make it right in the future, but considering the lack of hospitality shown, it may be a while before we return. I would have preferred a credit on my Panera account instead.
We love and use this location the most often, we use online ordering and window pick up. The food is delicious, ther servers are sweet as can be…but I have to say every other time I pick up food with the drive-through window they forget something from my order. I ordered soup and sandwiches tonight, and there were no sandwiches in the bag. I drove back and they were very nice and I was able to get them no problem…it’s just a bit of a hassle. Check your bags!
EVERY TIME I go here I’m disappointed, theyve messed my order the past 5 times I’ve been there, the bread is always soggy or burnt, way to much sauce…I gave them plenty of chances now I’m done wasting my money there, at $10-15 a sandwich they should be great! How do these people become functional members of society if you can’t even make a sandwich correctly follow simple directions…I guess next time I’ll go across the street to the Golden Arches ?
Staff change over recently has made an impact on the restaurant. 8 of us go as a group 3 mornings a week. Have for years. Coffee is low or out completely. Staff says they will be right out… 20 minutes later we are still waiting. Toilet paper always out in women’s stalls. We have taken to washing our own tabletop. Floor and table legs are grossly dirty. $1.70 for cream cheese? Prices are crazy high!

I ordered a you pick 2 and watched everyone who ordered after me get their food. Finally, after 20 plus mins, the manager says ypur food is ready, we're waiting on silverware. They could have just given me a plastic spoon. My soup was somewhat luke warm at that point, and i couldn't even eat my half sandwich as most of my lunch time was waisted sirting and waiting for a spoon.
Food is good, staff is friendly, but go in and order if you want your food correct. I have been 6 times in the past two months and the order has been wrong every single time. Sometimes it’s the wrong meat on the sandwich, sometimes it’s the wrong type of egg. This morning it there was no meat i the sandwich. Shame on me for not checking.
This was my first time returning to this restaurant after many years. I had a solo lunch and was served promptly. I have always been a fan of their soups, and this visit was no exception! The staff were warm and welcoming. I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese sandwich with tomato soup, and both were absolutely delicious!
This restaurant staff is excellent! I have gotten to know many of them by first name because I have a Panera coffee subscription and stop by almost every morning. They are quick, friendly, and sometimes even have my drinks ready for me before I even have to ask.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. However, the service is a bit slower compared to other Panera locations in the area. Online orders seem to be second priority, so it's quicker to place an order in person.
The prices have increased and portions have decreased. This is the second visit in a row where the coffee was empty. The staff is poorly trained.
