The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly. Despite the long line at lunchtime, it was worth the wait. The cook made sure to keep the line moving smoothly so nobody had to wait too long to eat. I was impressed by how welcoming the employees were. From the cashier to the kitchen staff, everyone was kind and respectful. I dined here on Sunday, August 14th, 2022. My daughter particularly enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, turkey and cheese sandwich, and the yogurt pouches that came with her meal. This is noteworthy as my daughter can be a picky eater at times (she is a young child). I want to commend the staff with this review to show that they are doing a fantastic job!
This restaurant experience was chaotic. Six workers in the kitchen were chatting, eating, and playing on their phones, while a new employee struggled at the register. After a long wait, someone finally took our order, but then proceeded to burn and break our bagels. The line was slow and disorganized, with workers in the back still not focused on their tasks. The manager eventually came to assist, but the overall experience was a complete disaster. It could definitely use some improvement.
This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and I ask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over one slice of avocado. I also order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. We won’t be back.
This Panera location is consistent with others I have visited. I placed two pick-up orders this week. The first order was missing the cut and roasted bagels I requested, so I had to wait for them to be remade. On the second visit, I only received one drink and although they said it was ready, there was no cup provided. I have been to other Panera locations where they got my order right the first time, so I am giving this location a 4-star review. Reserva una mesa ahora
Panera is dying a slow, miserable death. Their quality has deteriorated considerably and I don't think they even clean their dining room anymore (which makes me shudder to think what their kitchen looks like). The food looks and tastes not so fresh and the portions have diminished. I miss the old (pre-pandemic) Panera when everyone there seemed happy and the vibe was upbeat. Now the atmosphere there just feels so dismal.
