Scott, the manager, is the top-notch in the industry. I placed a delivery order through the app that wasn't being picked up by DoorDash. This was out of our control, but Scott worked closely with me to resolve the issue. He called me back with solutions and maintained his composure when I mistakenly sent the same order through again. Thank you, Scott. I will be a lifelong customer!

I want to thank the staff for always accommodating my special request for a Turkey BLT with avocado in a salad, which was perfect. It can be difficult to find a place where I can eat without grains or sugar, but Panera meets my needs in a healthy way.

Whenever I visit, your staff is consistently friendly and remembers my usual order before I even have a chance to say it. Your sandwich makers already have my order prepared as soon as I walk in, which always kickstarts my day on a positive note.

New product Thai chicken soup is great. The soup was not served very warm. They gave us another bowl that was warmer. On Saturday they visited lunch and were from a few favs.

I enjoyed studying at this restaurant. The food is usually excellent, but my bagel was not up to par today.
