Placed an curbside pickup order today on the app for a chai latte and 3 cookies. Not the hardest order in the world. I was sick plus I had 2 sleeping preschoolers in the car. I could see on the app that the order was ready. After at least 20 minutes, Ifinally called the store and told them I?d gladly bring my germs inside the restaurant if they would prefer. Someone finallybrought out the order. I?ve been drinking chai lattes from Panera for 15 years. I love them. I had to dump it out because it wasso overly sweetened and tasted like straight syrup. I basically poured 5$ out the car window. So terribly disappointed in thislocation.
First of all, I want to give a shout out to Nala (not sure about the spelling). The staff seemed to be short-handed, but she was handling everything well and was incredibly polite and courteous to everyone. It took a while to get my food, but I have to say, my frontega was probably the best one I've ever had. I've been ordering it since it first appeared on the menu, and usually there is something missing or the chicken is lacking, but not this time!
On 5/22/2022 at 9:30 am, the restaurant was unclean and clearly lacking proper management. The tables were dirty and appeared to have not been wiped down since the previous night. Cleanliness should be a top priority. Additionally, the windows and doors were grimy, and many of the outdoor chairs were broken or unusable. It's unfortunate, especially since the location is excellent. Hopefully, they address these issues soon.
Good food, nice people. They were out of caesar dressing but gave me two replacement options. My only complaint would be the amount if plugs, it sounds weird but for a place to be advertised heavily with free wifi and a nice work-space, theres only oneplug I found next to a seat. Also, my charger was falling out of the plug. Very loose plug.. Other than that everything is good

I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup, but when I walked in 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, my food was just sitting there. The soup and flatbread were cold, the iced frappuccino had melted, and there was no straw. I’m really disappointed.
I absolutely adore Panera Bread. Their menu is filled with delicious and unique items, from soups and sandwiches to sweet treats. Pairing a cup of their coffee with one of their desserts is the perfect way to satisfy your cravings. It's top-notch, without a doubt.
Not terrible, but definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. The staff wasn't very friendly. Both my salad and my sandwich from the "pick 2" meal were made incorrectly—onions were added to the sandwich, and my salad was missing some ingredients.
I really enjoyed the brunch at this restaurant. I started with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, which came with a delicious French baguette. I also got a coffee, which had the option to add a cookie or muffin for only $0.99. The prices were reasonable overall.

The drive-thru employees are loud, rude, and unprofessional. They talk about other customers and orders at the window and seem disorganized. They mix up orders and the wait time is long.
I tried their new $5.99 lunch special, the Napa Chix salad with chicken and rice soup. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. I’ll definitely be returning!
