I also have a drink subscription, so I usually stop by at least once a day to pick up a drink while I work on my college assignments. The food is always impressive—I haven't encountered a single dish I didn’t like. I've been coming here for about a month since I got the subscription, and it's definitely worthwhile if you live close by. You can get a drink every two hours, and I've even managed to enjoy up to five large drinks in one day. I usually opt for takeout too, as I prefer having containers for any leftovers.
I really enjoy the food, but I've had an issue with the takeout. The bread that comes with my order is always stale and inadequately packaged, which makes me hesitant to eat it due to concerns about bacteria. It feels as if they just tossed a leftover piece into the bag, as it's too hard to bite and chew. Aside from my worries about cleanliness, I don't have any other complaints. I usually don’t dine in, so I can’t comment much on the staff, but they have always gotten my orders correct so far.
I chose the contactless option as indicated in the app. I ordered a pizza and a Pepsi, selecting a table near a power outlet to charge my phone. After nearly 25 minutes, an employee asked if anyone had ordered a pizza, mentioning I had been called several times. However, I never heard my name during the wait, so perhaps I missed it. Despite this, the pizza arrived warm and tasted good. I’m willing to give it another try and give the staff the benefit of the doubt.
We had a wonderful experience this morning. Since I wasn't feeling well, I decided to stay in and ordered breakfast and lunch from Panera through DoorDash. The delivery arrived right on time, and I was truly impressed with how beautifully everything had been prepared by the staff at Panera. The coffee was hot, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Clean and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and tasty sandwiches. However, the soup was overly salty, which can be difficult for older adults to enjoy.
This Panera is managed exceptionally well. The manager genuinely cares about your experience, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
I really love their food! I had the flatbread pizza topped with chicken, bacon, tomato, and basil, and it was absolutely delightful.
You have to dispose of the food to receive a refund for the incorrect order they provided. The customer service is terrible.
