We had a wonderful experience this morning. Since I wasn't feeling well, I decided to stay in and ordered breakfast and lunch from Panera through DoorDash. The delivery arrived right on time, and I was truly impressed with how beautifully everything had been prepared by the staff at Panera. The coffee was hot, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. You have to dispose of the food to receive a refund for the incorrect order they provided. The customer service is terrible.
