Panera, where I have been eating in the cafe even 5 minutes before 10 o'clock until today, claims that it does not serve dine in after 9 o'clock and always gives my meals to go. When ordering, it seems that there is french baguette bread, but when I take the order, they say there is no bread. They have been saying there is no bread for about 3 weeks. The interior of the restaurant is as cold as Alaska. We decided to dine in, but they gave us a takeout bag at 9:20 pm because they were closing at 10 pm. They have been out of stock of French baguettes for about a week. The plastic salad cups for takeout are smaller than the actual size of the salad, so if you take it to go, you end up with less food than expected. Overall, we rated the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
Today I had the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Creamy Tomato Soup in honor of my coworker Virgo Birthday. I must say that the Creamy Tomato Soup is the best I have ever had in my entire life. Idk what has changed from a few months ago when I started ordering from here but now they're constantly messing up every order I make. Wrong orders, missing items. It was a great option for dinner between 11 hr work shifts but I'm never ordering from hereagain
I am giving this restaurant one star because of the cashier, Nubiyah. They should replace her with a friendlier cashier as she is very lazy when taking orders. Despite that, the service was fast and the food was decent.
