Set in the drive thru for 25 minutes Ridiculous for a fast pace area in downtown Nashville. They put us behind for picking our children up from school. The customer service on the head set was ridiculous. Smiling through your headset goes a very long way. She rushed us talking, didn't give us side item choices .. The young lady didn't greet us , and even pulling up to the window we was not approached. Until a young man handed us a a drink that didn't belong to us, able 10 minutes later. So that added even more time to the wait. It took 25 minutes to receive our order for our salad, soups, and sandwiches.. I love panera brot. but the panera on the 21st street is very weak in their service. there was no day I went there and they got everything in their coffee station. I should ask several times from the personal to fill milk and sawn. today they have not had a coffee for a while! I hope panera can keep its high quality service!
Timely, kind service. Food was delicious! If I had anything to complain about it would have to be the women's restroom faucet only dispensed border line scolding hot water. There wasn't a way to change the temperature as it was automatic by sensor. Made it nearly impossible to wash your hands.
this is just the worst panera i’ve ever been to. drive thru always closed randomly, the food is always wrong or missing something from the order, and the customer service is awful. they do not care about you or your food lol. they’ll just charge you for stuff you won’t receive.

Panera is always good no matter where I go. the food always tastes fresh and the place is always clean. it also doesn't have too long of a wait for your food to be ready.
Ordered online and picked up curbside. Wait time was low and the associate who bought out the order was polite. Order was accurate and food was fresh.
I like Panera. Always consistently good. I've been to this one a couple times now. Had some bagels. It was early so everything was fresh.
