I went to this panera a few days ago with my 17 year old sister. When she ordered on the kiosk the machine glitched and charged her, which we proved by showing them the bank account, but the order wasn't showing up on their end so they refused to serve her. When we spoke with the manager, Steve, her refused to give us a refund that day and told us we would either have to wait around for it to come through . . . or wait until Tuesday and call back and get a refund once they were sure the order wouldn't come through after the fact. He specifically told me and her If the order did not come through by then, he would refund her. We waited as he asked of us and called back to speak with him on Tue...
I went to this restaurant for dinner with two other guests. Ordering was simple, as we could order directly at the cashier, through the app, or at the self-service kiosk. Leonard, the cashier, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Even though the store was close to closing, he made sure to help me with a smile at the end of a long day. One employee, Rosa, deserves recognition for keeping the store clean and maintaining hygiene standards. She was constantly working to ensure every table was clean, which was very impressive. I placed a delivery order through the app at 1:10 PM, but it didn't arrive until 3:20 PM after several phone calls and some confusion. Although they blamed DoorDash for the delay, my colleague had to go pick up the original order, which felt like it was hastily prepared. Overall, it was a frustrating experience without any apology or explanation. On a positive note, the tomato soup and chicken avocado sandwich were delicious. When I ordered again for pick-up, everything was ready on time, and the process went smoothly. I've learned that it's better to pick up orders in-store for a more reliable experience.
Extremely disappointed! I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups. After I ordered fruit cups, I was told they ran out of them while waiting. The food pickup area is not managed in a orderly fashion. People are standing by the food counter and breathing on people's food. A customer asked for a refund due to the delay in her order. So, poor service, unsanitary food pickup and running out of food. That equals poor management! I have been visiting this Panera for a number of years. It was a five star, but now 5 thumbs down.

I ordered a sandwich at this restaurant, but they somehow got my order wrong by leaving out the lettuce. Instead of the apple I requested, they threw in chips with my sandwich. On the plus side, they gave me complimentary bread. Despite the mix-up, I think this is the best place for bread. I would give it a 5-star rating.
I was surprised to make grilled chicken sandwich and soda was $19.50. I was even more surprised that the grilled chicken sandwich was mushy. I have never had a mushy real chicken sandwich in my life. I guess they didn't stick in the microwave long enough
The service is just SOO SLOW AND RUDE. The food is basic Panera food but jeezz no one should have to wait 30+ minutes for fast food from rude disengaged employees and an extremely unorganized location. I would not recommend coming here.
This is best run Panera I have visited. Steve is very kind and accomodating to myself, but most importantly, the elderly and disabled patrons that frequent the restaurant. The entire team is upbeat and professional.
