Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

We have visited this restaurant often and have always had a great experience. The restaurant is top-notch, super clean, and always relaxing. We especially enjoy sitting outside. The staff and management are fantastic. One night, a server went above and beyond for us when we ordered coffee just before closing time. Despite this, she still happily offered us a fresh pot. We don't understand why some people complain about the prices - it's only $9! We typically spend $11-$12 each, which is worth it for the quality of the food. We also appreciate being part of the Sip Club and earning rewards. Panera is one of the few restaurants we will eat at when passing through Mt. Vernon.

I was served a salad that was clearly past its prime, with damp, wilted, dark green lettuce that was quite unappetizing. I returned it expecting a prompt apology and a fresh replacement, but instead, the server (a girl with long blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing a hat and Bluetooth headphones) simply responded with a nonchalant "ok," stating that it was the only salad available at the moment. Her lack of concern and dismissive attitude made it seem like my complaint was a bother to her.

We always rely on Panera Bread when traveling. It's great to have a quick, healthy, and fresh option. The broccoli and cheese soup was perfect for a cold day. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Despite being busy during lunch, they managed to keep the flow of customers moving smoothly and efficiently. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I had the quickest experience at this Panera. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The food was tasty. I ordered an iced chai and chose the two items of broccoli cheddar soup and Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick meal option! I really enjoyed the turkey Avocado BLT at this restaurant. I chose to have mine on an Asian bagel, which was very filling since it was a full bagel. The pickles at Panera are always tasty. However, I'm not a fan of their kettle chips or kettle chips in general. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. I would definitely come back.

If you're in Highway 57. Great city to stop at Mount Vernon Illinois. So many restaurants and hotels. This brand new Panera bread is a great stop with great services. I received free additional items because my was 1 minute late. So they're taking care of their customers.

The staff need to work on being more friendly. This location seems to be closed a lot due to staffing issues. The food is good though, however check your order before leaving, it seems like things get forgotten often. But, the food is great. I will be back.

Usually good experiences at this location but the other day my sandwich was poorly put together, didn?t slice my bagel like I requested and didn?t give me the cream cheese I paid for. Gave it another shot and got a salad and the lettuce was bad. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant has a great variety of desserts to choose from. The staff member who took our order was pleasant. I would have given it 5 stars, but when I asked for a recommendation, I was not given any suggestions.

I definitely recommend doing a order online and picking up in store. It?s quick and easy and normally takes less than 6 minutes. Not much parking if the hotel parking lot is full. Drive thru available.
