We visit Panera Bread often and always have a wonderful experience. The restaurant is spotless, inviting, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoy dining outside. The staff and management are excellent. One evening, a server went the extra mile when we ordered coffee just before closing, cheerfully bringing us a fresh pot. We don’t understand the complaints about prices—$9 is very reasonable! We usually spend around $11-$12 each, which is well worth the quality of the food. We also love being part of the Sip Club and earning rewards. Panera is definitely one of our go-to spots whenever we pass through Mt. Vernon.
I was served a salad that was clearly past its freshness, with soggy, wilted, dark green lettuce that looked unappetizing. When I sent it back, hoping for a quick apology and a fresh replacement, the server—a young woman with long blonde hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a hat and Bluetooth headphones—just responded with a casual "ok" and said it was the only salad available at the time. Her indifferent and dismissive attitude made me feel like my complaint was more of an annoyance than a concern.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with their turkey avocado BLT. I opted for the sandwich on an Asian bagel, which was quite substantial as it was a whole bagel. The pickles at Panera are consistently delightful. That said, I’m not really a fan of their kettle chips or kettle chips in general. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely return.
We often count on Panera Bread while traveling. It's wonderful to have a quick, healthy, and fresh dining option. The broccoli and cheese soup was just right for a chilly day. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Even though it was busy during lunch, they handled the flow of customers smoothly and efficiently. This place definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

I had a fast and pleasant experience at this Panera. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. The food was delicious; I ordered an iced chai along with the broccoli cheddar soup and the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. I highly recommend this spot if you're in need of a quick meal!
I usually have good experiences at this Panera Bread location, but the other day my sandwich was poorly made, they didn’t slice my bagel as I requested, and I didn’t receive the cream cheese I paid for. I gave it another try with a salad, but the lettuce was bad.
The staff need to work on being more friendly. This location seems to be closed a lot due to staffing issues. The food is good though, however check your order before leaving, it seems like things get forgotten often. But, the food is great. I will be back.
I highly recommend placing an online order and picking it up in-store. It's quick and easy, usually taking less than six minutes. However, parking can be limited if the hotel lot is full. There's also a drive-thru option available.

The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of desserts. The staff member who took our order was friendly. I would have rated it 5 stars, but when I asked for recommendations, I didn’t receive any suggestions.
