I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes, and during that time, two associates were at the register—one of whom was the manager, but she walked away without offering to help me. Three customers came in with quick orders and were attended to immediately. When I finally received assistance, I asked the associate if it was store policy to leave customers waiting while prioritizing those with rapid orders. She responded with a noticeable attitude. If you’re okay with long waits and rude service, then this is the place to visit.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service today. There was only one cashier on duty during the busy morning rush, and I waited over 15 minutes in a line of 10 people just to get a subpar cup of overpriced coffee. Meanwhile, the so-called manager was busy counting coffee cups, seemingly oblivious to the long line of frustrated customers. The customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have no intention of returning to this place!
I love the food at Panera Bread! The prices are a bit tough for me because I want to go back and buy more, but I’m on a budget. Overall, I’d give it a 10/10. I highly recommend the mac and cheese, the yogurt parfait, and the green passion smoothie. Those are the only items I’ve tried, and I loved every one of them.
Their breakfast offerings are delicious and satisfying, the coffee is fresh, and they have reliable Wi-Fi for those spontaneous meetings with clients. Be sure to try the almond braid twist—it's a bit sweet but pairs perfectly with your coffee. The staff is friendly, and they maintain a clean environment.

The staff was very friendly, and the seating was clean and comfortable. I ordered the tomato soup, an Asian sesame chicken salad (without sesame), and the mandarin chicken, which resembled cold cuts. Additionally, there were no utensils included in the takeout bag.
Incredible food! I've definitely been missing out for quite a while! I haven't had Panera in years. I stopped by the other day and tried the toasted Frontega, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!
The food is decent and quite tasty. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but they do get the job done without any hostility, so it's acceptable. However, the sink in the restroom could use a good cleaning.
You want the best chicken noodle soup with bread ,come here they also have a great salad and dessert and coffee and sandwiches.

My food was half cold half warm. Only one cashier and only one person in the kitchen making food. They also had no drinks.
This Panera is pretty good. They have a nice staff, I just wish they were more consistent making sandwiches!
