Worst customer service at Bridgeview, IL!!! I ordered ahead of time curbside because I was in a hurry. Received an email that my order was ready. I checked in at curbside and waited 10 min and no one came. I called and the lady said she will check on my order. About 5 minutes later she comes out and says she can't find my order. I show her the order number and email and she says that she didnt see that order and goes back in to check. She was taking long so I went inside and checked with her and then she said she seen it up on the counter but its not there anymore. But wait I thought earlier she said she didnt see the order? Anyways no apology or anything! I told her I was in a hurry because...

I can't even give this place a 1-star rating. My mother and I always order the same thing for lunch. She gets the Mediterranean bowl while I opt for the mac and cheese in a broth bowl. My mother's meal was cold and practically inedible. As for me, I was given a minuscule portion of mac and cheese and the broth was tough. My mother tried to address the issue with the manager, but she didn't seem to care at all. We definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.

I always have a decent meal at this restaurant. However, during my dinner on Saturday, they only served broth dishes. I ordered two dishes and waited a long time for my order to be taken. The cashier never showed up, so I had to yell in the kitchen for help. The server eventually assisted me, but seemed preoccupied with something on their mind. Despite this, the restaurant was clean and the food was tasty. I recommend trying the entrees next time.

You can order at the counter or you can order on the 3 tablets right by the front entrance with a credit card. The food takes no more than 10 minutes to be ready depending on how busy they are. The food is always hot and delicious. Their Mac N' Cheese and grill cheese sandwich are amazing. Reserva una mesa ahora

This visit was like no other than I have experienced. Food was OK. Disturbing part is to have to show your ID and Vaccine card in order to buy food. Which wrong on so many levels. They never ask you for ID when paying with a credit card. Now you have to do that in order to eat.

The room is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! The food is delicious. I tried their new Asian chicken salad and it was amazing. The prices are a bit high, but I believe it's worth it. Their outdoor seating is also lovely for when the weather is nice.

That's terrible. always manages to screw my orders. I went in and ordered and two of my things were missing. go back and the manager doesn't even have an eye, only knows that she has my order wrong.

The 4/13 evening staff are the best! Doordash cancelled my order and they replaced it instantly! Thank you for the excellent customer service. Will continue to order from here Reserva una mesa ahora

Girl taking drivethru orders was rude.Half salads are more like 1/4 salads with a 1/4 of the dressing in the cup.Green tea is watered down.
