Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Lunch Crowd and only have one cashier taking orders. Martha does a great job but she is only one person. Once food ordered it takes too much time for orders to be ready. Kitchen/Prep staff do as much as they can, but seem to be short staffed at lunch. Many potential customers see the line and walk out. Manager on duty does not seem to oversee the operations and provide help where needed. I rarely seen manager or supervisor providing help or support. The short staff and lack of management seems to be an ongoing issue that I have encountered in visits this year.

The receptionists and cashiers are always friendly, but the service for food orders is very slow. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, especially when there are few other orders, is not acceptable. On my last visit, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with white bread - one with protein and the other with a mixture including egg yolk. Unfortunately, I live too far away to return and the slow service has been consistent. I hope the service and management improve in the future, but for now, I will not be returning to the Seal Beach location. Thank you.

This Panera is a joke. I’ve put in app orders only to have to wait 25 minutes after my pick up time. When I went in to grab my drink just now, the drink bar area was a mess with trash and liquids over the counters. The ice machine just didn’t work and when I asked an employee about it, he just flippantly replied “yep” as he was walking away. Great, glad I ordered a lemonade…. Which was warm already. Not sure fruit juice is supposed to just sit warm. They took over an adorable vintage diner building to put this horribly run chain restaurant… what a waste.

Glad they kept this retro design.It’s cozy with a counter and comfortable seating.The soups are always delicious, particularly the butternut squash or tomato soup- perfect for any day.The salads are fresh with large portions. We always bring home half of the salad for the next day.Our favorite salads are the strawberry poppyseed and Caesar salad.Vegan salads, soups and sandwiches are availableThe sandwiches are good- fresh ingredients with good bread.You can also order low- carb options.And of course, we always get a home-made cookie. can’t resist) ? Panera is an absolute disaster. I've been to several different locations (Brea, Seal Beach, Westchester, Los Angeles) and every single time I get scatterbrained work staff (if there are even enough people to staff a shift), long wait times, and short supply of many items. They need go shut them all down and rethink how they do business post Covid. I'm done with Panera.

Panera Bread offers a delicious strawberry poppyseed salad with fresh chicken that is very refreshing. I also enjoy their fresh cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. You can join the Sipper's Club for unlimited coffee, soft drinks, and tea for $10.99 per month.

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast or a casual dinner. The food is always top quality and fresh. Keep in mind that there may be a wait during peak hours.
