Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

This is the worst run Panera I’ve seen yet. Currently in the location and no one is there to take orders. There is a long line of people waiting, mostly old folks who presumably weren’t comfortable using the kiosks. When a Panera team member enters into the front area and is asked about ordering, she has to turn off her headset to listen. Unfortunately she didn’t seem to respond and went about frantically packing her order I realized rather than staff the place properly, Management opted to have the line staff take drive thru orders while filling orders and preparing food. 20 mins plus waiting for the Mediterranean sandwich. Let me just say that for paying 22 for a lobster roll there should have been more lobster on it. First A young lady was making my order and then asked the people in the back that we have more lobster she went in the back apparently to go get some more at that time the other person that was there a guy went over there what was left inside which probably wasn't enough and that's why the other young lady went in the back to get more but he just gave me whatever little bit was there there and he wasn't very pleasant to talk to. I just hope all of the paneras are not the same.

the food was good. the service was not great. we were moved to the kiosk to give our order after we had already waited in the line. when I wasn't sure if my credit card was passed, we went to the coworker to ask. she rolled her eyes and made a walk for about 5 minutes to check if our order was inserted. then the sun visor was brutal, no matter where you say. would have been nice if a hired man could watch to see the dazzle and pull a blind or two down.

The food was excellent, but the portion sizes were surprisingly small. The teriyaki bowl was less than half full, leading us to wonder if some of it had spilled out—it hadn’t; that was just the amount served. Given the prices, the portions should be more generous, and the bowls should be filled properly. While the food is fresh and flavorful, it simply doesn’t justify the cost. Reserva una mesa ahora

the first time that panera tries. the steak and cheese sandwich tasted good, but for almost 10 I expected a real steak on the sandwich. Instead I got brot, more brot, a band steak and cheese. if it had more meat, it would be perfect. less than impressed.

Panera is generally a reliable choice for me. I like to keep it simple with the mac and cheese and a Caesar salad. The mac and cheese was decent, but the salad? It was actually frozen—like, hard, crunchy, ICE-COLD lettuce. I was really disappointed.

determined to eat. very small customers where they eat. it is not like panera of old; where they hoped that a place was available. suppen are the same absolutely fantastic.
