About a 1 1.5: This Panera cannot be trusted putting in a large group lunch order, we were quoted at a specific time, but they ended up being 45+ minutes late. I'm unsure what the point was putting in individual customized orders, as nothing was adhered to I had the Toasted Frontega Chicken, which the sandwich itself was not toasted; the pulled chicken, while generous in terms of the amount, were super dried out and hardened; there didn't seem to be any mozzarella included; I had requested extra red onoins and tomatoes, but those were not included or added; there was no chipotle sauce in the sandwich, but a side of it was offered (I did ask for extra sauce, too... . The black pepper focaccia...
Pre-order by mobile app. There is public parking lots 100 feet down the street. The drink was ready on the Rapid Pick-Up shelf. There are a few tables on the outdoor porch area. The table booth has power plugs to charge mobile devices. It was averaging level of people talking. While working there for about two hours, the WiFi was very much stable.
Didn't really like the service from this call worker John Paul was making jokes he was rude and did t give me my receipt he just say a number didn't even understand the manager doesn't care about this he is just walking around doing nothing but after this visit just don't get service from John Paul

Update: employees behind in the kitchen, are too busy chit chatting about life, take too long to make their orders. This place has gone from bad to worse. In the mornings, the staff is always in bad mood. My order was not only late but also wrong. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Good customer service. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. They're located in a busy area, but there's decent street parking and parking garages nearby. I stopped in to grab a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Ordered in person. The wait wasn't too long. I would visit again.
This is absolutely the worst place to order food from. It took over 2 hours for a noon order to arrive. When I finally found time to open my sandwich there was so little meat on the bread it didn't even cover half. I will never order from this Panera ever again
7:00 in the morning cold hard bagels, clearly from yesterday. If I wanted old bread I would have gone to a supermarket, not Panera.
