This restaurant location is affected by management that tends to overlook issues impacting customers. Writing this review is challenging because, despite their hard-working staff, employees are unfortunately trained not to address missing items in orders. This creates a passive-aggressive atmosphere that ultimately leaves customers feeling dissatisfied, as it’s easier for the staff to remain silent rather than confront the issue. I witnessed customers in the so-called "fast order" line expressing frustration over missing items like napkins, which seem to be consistently unavailable, or crayons for children. I live in Royal Oak but I will never stop to this place again! I am not complaining tipe but I ordered one sandwich based on avocado and it comes without avocado! When I asked, they said avocado is not in but nobody care or apologized! I took it anyway. Also , I am NOT a racist person and I have many wonderful black friends, but today I felt insulted when a black lady from the store was passing around samples from some new product ONLY to the black costumers . After the second round/the same approach, I asked specific if is something issue for skipping me/I am white ?. I really not need that sample but I was obviously miss treated based on color of my skin! I can’t believe ?
I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, and a tomato soup. However, I didn’t receive any of the grilled cheese sandwiches. Instead, I got a sandwich that looked really unappetizing, with avocado, bacon bits, and mayo. I waited a long time for this messed-up order, and two employees even looked inside the bag and talked to each other before handing it to me. This place is disappointing.
Good food, Roseville, MI location-not sure why they even opened that day, they were out of Turkey could not order Turkey Bravo sandwich. Had no chicken could not order Fuji Apple Chicken salad, apparently I got a Free Rice Bowl, couldn 't even get that as they were out of rice. Went to the location in front of Oakland Mall in Troy ordered what I wanted, no problem. Weird day for sure

I normally always have good food from Panera but this restaurant was particularly super dirty. The drink station was so dirty we immediately canceled our order in fear of what the state of the food looked like. The iced tea dispensers looked like someone was abusing their pet fish in them. Absolutely foul and might not ever eat at Panera again after that.
This Panera can never stick to a scheduled pickup. Poorly managed and the manger (woman with dreads) was horrible. She completely ignored me when I asked about my order. You will be wasting your time if you decide to go to this location.
The place is understaffed and mismanaged. Order took 20 min longer than the estimate. My order was also missing a sandwich. Always check your food before you leave this place. Staff found the sandwich, didn’t even apologized.
The restaurant rarely, if ever, answers their phone. They frequently run out of essential ingredients for their sandwiches, such as cheese. This is essentially a last resort option because their service is very slow!
