Panera Bread East 4th St

We absolutely love this restaurant, especially the staff at the Ontario location on 4th Street! From the cashiers to the custodians and food preparers, everyone makes us feel like part of their family. When friends ask us about our favorite gift cards, we always say, “PANERA, please!” There are times when you can see they are stressed from handling online orders, but they always manage to greet us with a smile and show kindness to both us and other customers. I enjoy trying different dishes from their menu. I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, and my husband and I visit often. However, the atmosphere is quite cold, which makes it uncomfortable for me. This affects my enjoyment of the meal, especially during winter when they really shouldn't have the air conditioning running!

The food here is consistently fresh and full of flavor. I really appreciate how they adjust the soups and salads to fit the seasons, incorporating spring fruits and autumn vegetables. Plus, they offer online ordering, which is great for when you're short on time!

Stopped to grab coffee and use the restroom. The restaurant and the restroom were clean. The iced coffee and caffeinated lemonade were delicious. Love the kiosk ordering and they had plenty of seating inside and outside.
