Panera Bread Urbana Pike

I went to Panera this afternoon with a family member to redeem our free sip club and get some food. We had been to this location several times before and had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this visit was terrible, mostly because our cashier was horrendous. She was on her phone while taking my order, told me that I could have something that apparently isn’t possible with their menu, and also apparently marked my order for “for here” instead of “to go” like I requested. I found all this out when I went to pick up my order and the kitchen staff very rudely informed me that what I ordered wasn’t even possible. They made no attempt to help me fix the situation and acted as if I was ignorant for even asking. Then after getting my drinks, an employee stormed out of the kitchen and accused me of talking poorly about her while I was helping my family member, which was not true. Not sure how the service and professionalism went so far downhill here, but beware.

This Panera is awfully filthy.Not just one area but the entire seating area. I can tell there is no attention to deep cleaning let alone regular. I mentioned to the manager on duty and he sent a coworker which was very polite to clean and she just wiped tables. The floors were left gross. The Flatbread is my usual and this location managed to hand me something I didn't recognize. The cheese was cold and not fully melted. I'm disappointed. I planned on working for a couple hours before meeting up with family and this overall experience is off putting. Panera usually offers a comfortable environment for me.

we stopped here on the way to ohio of baltimore. we stopped during a super busy time. the restaurant was clean. the staff was super helpful pleasant, although they were incredibly busy. we have our order quickly everything was exactly what we ordered no mistakes. we have a panera brot near our house in baltimore and the service is not so good and there are always mistakes with our order, so good work at the panera in urbana!

prices have risen significantly. eating is still good, but the restaurant was dirty I've ever seen. No one came by to help or seemed to notice when I cleaned a table. that was not even busy on a wed night, so I expected it better.

fresh brot. lobster roll lack taste, chicken noodles suppe was good, luke warm, but they just leave the eating out don't hear, they call our number, need a better process.
