Pangea - Reserva de mesa

Lo pasamos muy bien en el río Crab el 4 de julio. El clima era espectacular, así que decidimos sentarnos afuera. Era perfecto: los paraguas amarillos y el cielo azul y el agua creaban un entorno sereno. Nuestra camarera fue muy atenta y satisfizo todas nuestras necesidades. La comida era excelente y odiamos tener que irnos. Definitivamente volveremos y he estado corriendo la voz sobre este lugar. Ver los barcos en el agua es una gran ventaja. Esperamos volver para dar un paseo en velero y almorzar ahora que se ofrece durante la semana.

Si existe un restaurante que me gusta en México es este. Guillermo González Beristáin es todo un ejemplo de empresario gastronómico. Ofrece comida contemporánea con ingredientes de la región y de otros lares con mucho sabor y originalidad. Pide su menú degustación: de inicio a fin sabrás que llegaste al cielo con tantos buenos sabores. Es ideal para ocasiones especiales como aniversarios, cumpleaños o celebraciones importantes. No vayas si no estás abierto a probar y conocer diferentes sensaciones e ingredientes.

This restaurant never fails to impress, from its creativity and quality to its emphasis on healthiness. I tried the daily special menu which included a delicious beet and burrata appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked crispy skin duck confit placed on a bed of house-made gnocchi. The dish was served with a delicate mix of peas, small mushroom cubes, shallot slivers, pancetta, and a light reduction – all in perfect proportion.
