Panini Kabob Grill Rancho Cucamonga

The food was very bland tonight been there several times normally it's great. The service was really bad our server forgot to bring out the salads first then kept walking by the table we asked for a sauce it took more than 15 minutes to bring it. I asked him if I need to go get it from the kitchen because he couldn't get anything right on our order. It's not a cheap restaurant but the food and service is going to keep us from going back. The same restaurant in Huntington Beach also has the worst servers I've ever seen. Truly this service isn't good at all.

The restaurant is nice and food. The staff needs training towards welcoming guests. I noticed the staff doesn't attend the front entrance right and ignore who is at the front entrance. They need a bar table for single customers to even out the restaurant and increase sales by selling alcohol at the bar and food and will have the bigger tables for multiple guests. If they didn't over cook the food it wouldn't be burnt.

Customer service was horrible ?? We had to wait 30 minutes to get seated, it took them thirty more minutes to bring us water another thirty minutes for them to come take our orders only after We asked why nobody was serving our table? The waiter didn't know nothing about the menu We finally ordered got our food and it was not good. Some of the driest falafel i've ever had. AND IT WAS DIRTY

Every time Ive been here the food is excellent, fresh, and taste delicious. I love their charbroiled chicken shish kebab plate and their salads are fantastic too, Everything Ive tried Ive liked. Definitely recommend this place

This is by far, my favorite Mediterranean restaurant, and I have been to a lot, they have the most delicious Koobideh as well as other choices. Really, you must give it a try.They get busy but provide really good service.

chicken was juicy and meal was warm on arrival. Side of Tzatziki is always great, better than store bought. Combo Kabob is enough to feed two people a healthy meal.

For the price, I expected better quality of meat. Serving was a lot of beef and veggies were quarters of onions. Wouldnt recommend this plate.
