Panini Kabob Grill Rancho Cucamonga

Well normally I’m very pleased with this restaurant however not so much tonight. I ordered an ice tea and was told they only had one flavor, peach ginger unsweetened tea, it was ok but they must have an ice shortage. The food arrived and it was fresh off the grill. Maybe they have been having a lot of theft from the tables because there was no salt or pepper on table and the normal other condiments were not on the table either. When the food arrived the waitress saw that my tea glass was empty. She delivered drinks to other people all around me. She finally said she would bring me a refill… when she finally brought me my tea I had already finished my meal, I refused the tea because I had finished with my meal. When I placed my order I told her I wanted a gift card. She forgot the card. So I had to pay for my meal and again for the gift card. I had also asked for a To go box she brought it however everything was one at a time. I love their strawberry date salad but tonight there was no dates in the salad. My dinner was pretty much ruined.

The best hummus!!! The food is consistently delicious here. The service depends on who is working the floor.On my first visit the waitress was excellent.I went back a few days later there was a wait outside. I went in to give my name and waited behind a small family that said they had been waiting to give their name. Finally a server approached asked if they received a text they explained they wanted to give their name. The server said oh we 're done for the day, we 're not adding anyone else for the night . There was not any notice indicating they were at capacity for the night. No door greeter. That family and my party waisted our time hoping to dine in.I will go again but only before 7pm to make sure I can get a table.

The food was very bland tonight been there several times normally it's great. The service was really bad our server forgot to bring out the salads first then kept walking by the table we asked for a sauce it took more than 15 minutes to bring it. I asked him if I need to go get it from the kitchen because he couldn't get anything right on our order. It's not a cheap restaurant but the food and service is going to keep us from going back. The same restaurant in Huntington Beach also has the worst servers I've ever seen. Truly this service isn't good at all.

The dip came with cold n hard pita bread we had to ask for another plate I asked server for extra dressing and onions and it didn't come with meal the children's plate was great with lots of food enough to share ! The atmosphere is cozy and we were seated quickly !Food: 4/5

This is by far, my favorite Mediterranean restaurant, and I have been to a lot, they have the most delicious Koobideh as well as other choices. Really, you must give it a try.They get busy but provide really good service.
