This is my favorite spot in Long Beach. The paninis are fantastic, especially when made with the seven-grain bread. Be sure to check the specials board before deciding on your panini. Their homemade soups are excellent, and I'm usually not a soup fan! Don’t forget to look in the refrigerator for fresh fruit and homemade dips and salsas. A quick tip: this place only accepts cash about 90% of the time. They do have an ATM available, but be aware that the fee is between $1 and $2. Also, I heard they’re planning to expand into the store next door!
