Hadn't been here in a while and was happy to see they have made the inside much nicer for eating in. Much nicer tables and art on the walls, well done. I have been here many times over the years and know that they are best known for their amazing veal bun. I went with the Chicken Parmesan ($13.95) and my partner went with the Penne Arrabbiata ($7.25). The serving I received was very nicely sized and was very much enjoyed. My partner enjoyed here penne but did find it a little spicy (not a complaint, just an observation). Went for lunch with friends who had been several times and raved about this little sandwich restaurant. It was truly a gem in a small plaza on Upper James. Sandwiches are large, enough to share or take half home for dinner. Italian bread is wonderful. There are several options for fillings. The porchetta was very tasty as was the chicken. Service was very good. Order at the counter and your sandwhich will be delivered to your table. This is a cash only shop.

I've had so many meals here I can't count, the sandwiches are to die for and the buns come in fresh every day! Not only is the food amazing but you can't find a more pleasant, happy group of people to serve you. I hope you never sell out and the family tradition moves on, Hamilton needs these exact kinds of restaurants!

Toilets were clean and food was odor free! Some guy that looked like zio gene kept lurking around the joint. Then I realized his hemroids were the size of a grapefruit. Must be a common thing up there. So I took a dump on the floor. Reserva una mesa ahora

To start the sauce is fantastic!!! the meat balls fantastic , thos e sandwiches are just amazing best ever!! Salads are also great and I am not a big salad guy. Super nice fast service you feel at home. Trust on this one peoples!!

My partner and I stopped here to have lunch. I had the Prime Rib on a bun with cheese and mushrooms and she had the veal sandwich. They were both outstanding. We will be returning again soon. Fantastic!!

Anything on a bun. Never eaten pasta from here but the veal on a bun and prime rib sandwich are bar none. They are amazing. Eat here.

Awesome! Real Italian Panini Bar. Great little family business. Great Lasagna and Veal Sandwich. We recommend!
