I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in years. I called ahead to see if they could prepare a special family-style dinner for twelve people. They were very accommodating, even when we had a last-minute change in our party size. The food was delicious, especially the appetizers. The house wine was excellent and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere, while modest, was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I had a pleasant overall experience at this restaurant, but I can only give it 3 stars due to the small portion size and high prices. The food was tasty, but lacked enough flavor. There are other Afghan restaurants nearby that offer larger portions, better prices, and more flavorful dishes. Despite this, the service was good, and the meats were cooked perfectly. I may consider returning in the future to form a better opinion.
This restaurant is the best in the entire DMV/Nova area! The staff is amazing and their food is authentic. I especially love their soups! Every item on their menu is delicious and I will definitely keep coming back. The service is always top-notch and I have never had a bad meal here.
