Panoramarestaurant Hoadl Haus

Located at the top of the Hoadl Mountains, the complex was also the end of the Olympiabahn. The restaurant has massive, multi-storey large panoramic windows, offering a wide view of the surrounding mountains and even Innsbruck 12 kilometres away. There was the weather outside... was not helpful to eat outside. The panoramic windows appear to slide open during the warmer weather. The food was cafeteria style, but the extensive and high-quality variety of dishes offered was impressive. Both traditional Austrian cuisine and international dishes were offered. At the top of the mountain at 2340 meters you find the very modern Hoadl Haus. Huge glass front which opens for warm weather. It is self service with a great variety of dishes. Mainly local Tyrolean and Austrian cooking. Different appetizers, salads, several hot dishes and a variety of hot and cold desserts. The quality is outstanding for such a location.

We walked up from the car park and it was a lovely energetic stroll. The views on the way up were awesome but at the top they took your breath away. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and certainly worth trying. The scenery was...the best part though and you'll be amazed by it.

People are unfriendly, they touch your food with their hands, it is cold, terrible and expensive. Of course you can't expect too much, but it's the worst lodge I've ever had. Reserva una mesa ahora
