Panxa Cocina - Reserva de mesa

Best chulaquiles ive had in Long Beach/Socal. They were crisp and not soggy, right amount of sauce too. The eggs were cooked perfect and the chorizo was so good and authentic unlike what others use. My date had the shredded chicken version and was even better. Chicken was so juicy and tender a 10/10. Michelada was good too and did not skimp on the rim dip it. Vibes were great, short wait during a Sunday brunch and not overwhelming busy but just right. Will be my new spot for brunch for sure.

I went here for a project and fell in love with the cuisine. I purchased the quiche, stacked enchiladas, sweet potato hash, and Navajo taco.. all great food, sweet potato was under cooked but I enjoyed the flavor and taste. Met the owner, Vanessa, she was cool. Vibe is great, watermelon basil and mango margaritas were amazing. The stacked enchiladas are a New Mexico thing, but I grew up eating them this way, so memories flooded the mind. Taking my mom next time..

Came here by myself, sat at the bar, and had an awesome time. Great Mezcal selection and the Elk burger (was surprised to see it on the menu! , was delicious. I returned a week later with a group of 8 friends and every was just as delicious as the first time. We sampled a bunch of appetizers, pozole, Mexican pizza, and other dishes I cannot remember. I visited this restaurant for brunch with my cousin, and it was fantastic. We both enjoyed a couple of cocktails along with our lunch, and the food was exceptional. Everything I tried at this restaurant was fantastic. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the chorizo street tacos are outstanding. Panxa boasts an exceptional mezcal selection, and the staff is both friendly and professional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been coming here for many years and the food is always consistently great, the staff is always consistently great, and the atmosphere is always consistently great! I’ve had many items in the menu and everything on the menu is generally great. 5 stars

The food at Panxa Cocina is delicious, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a pleasant dining experience. They offer some truly interesting and creative Mexican/Southwestern fusion dishes and drinks.

The last time I ordered from here the food had no flavor. Not worth the price. I feel sometimes there is no love in the food, in most of these restaurants. The service is good, but food and atmosphere need to improve. Reserva una mesa ahora
