The food and service are always great at Paoletti's- used to frequent their establishment in Delray Beach, Fla and followed them to Highlands !!! Kudos to Arthur, VJ, and Julio !!!!

Paoletti's food and service were both above and beyond. The ambiance was romantic and relaxing. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Pretty good food reasonably price and an extensive wine list. Veal executed perfectly. Apps were good escargot were Delicious.
