I used to visit this restaurant before the renovations and absolutely adored it... but with the addition of the bar and incredible bartenders, this place is now a gem! The cocktails are expertly crafted and you can tell they are made with care, making you feel fancy just sipping on one. The dishes use high-quality ingredients, which really come through in the delicious taste. I've tried almost everything on the menu, aside from the newer additions, and can't wait to work my way through those as well. Whether you're looking for a great spot for Italian food, cocktails, or both, this place has you covered. Stop by for a fantastic time and even better food!
I met the owner through my work. He invited me to check out his restaurant. With family in town, we decided to go. We all had different dishes and they were all EXCELLENT! The service was prompt, the pricing was perfect, the portions were spot on, and they have a great bartender with some excellent recommendations from their full bar. Our server was prompt, polite, and engaging. Whenever you want great food in a great place at a great price, ALWAYS go to a local, family-owned, family-run restaurant.
This restaurant offers fantastic cocktails, wine, and pasta, accompanied by exceptional service. It is the perfect spot in the neighborhood with a wide-ranging menu that caters to gluten-free and vegan dietary needs. The ambiance strikes the right balance of being stylish without feeling pretentious. It has quickly become my go-to spot, whether I'm looking for a quiet evening alone with a book and beer or a family dinner.
I love Paolo's on 54! I'm a vegetarian, as is my entire family, and there are plenty of options for us. The pizza is by far the best in Morrisville. The aglio e olio is my favorite, followed closely by the fettuccine with cognac sauce . Warm, friendly atmosphere. They have a nice wine/beer selection and fantastic craft cocktails served up from a gorgeous bar.

We had no trouble accommodating a group of 5 adults and one child. I ordered the lobster ravioli and the penne a la vodka and they were both excellent. They were able to prepare gluten-free pasta for my sister who has allergies. The food and service were exceptional. The drinks were also fantastic. We will definitely be dining there again!
AMAZING Italian food. Truly a hidden gem in the area if you're looking for a special, homemade Italian meal. Owner, Paolo, comes from Italy and his restaurant is a real labor of love...and you can taste it in every bite.
Our food was delicious. Our server, Brandon was knowledgeable and attentive. One member of our party, lived in Italy, and commented that the food tasted like real Italian food.
If you want real Italian food this is where you need to go. The owner is straight off the boat from Italy! Amazing food and service. Always consistent. A must try!
